You'll be invited to:
- complete surveys
- test ideas for new products and services
- try out new websites and applications.
How does it work?
Invitations are sent by email throughout the year, you can agree to participate when it suits you.
Participation is generally online, you’ll need an email address and access to the internet, a smartphone, tablet or desktop computer.
What will I be asked to do?
You might be asked to try out a new website or mobile app feature, or answer questions to help us understand a problem.
It may take 10 minutes or a few hours. We will tell you how much time we think it will take when we email you to help you decide if you want to participate.
How to register
The online registration form asks you to enter personal information, such as your gender, age, even the type of device you usually use to access weather information.
When we send surveys and ask for feedback on digital products we want to hear from a mix of people. The information we ask for when you register helps us to make sure we are getting feedback from a diverse range of Australians.
